TWICE AS HAPPY: At the recent Time 100 gala, where her performance earned a standing O, Arista Nashville's Carrie Underwood chatted with Columbia's Pharrell. The latter cleared up a major subject of speculation at last night's iHeartRadio Music Awards: what he keeps under his hat. "It's a miniature Pharrell. I have him do pre-production, get drum sounds and whatnot," the artist-producer revealed. "Frees me up to do other stuff, like write tunes and shop for more hats.
