CULTURE CLASH: Randy Phillips is officially back—he’s now as the CEO of Ashley Tabor’s Global Entertainment, having made the dramatic transition from working for one of the most socially and politically conservative businessmen in the country in AEG baron Phil Anschutz to hooking up with a 36-year-old English radio magnate. Talk about landing on your feet. The company has also named a CFO—former UMG player Chuck Ciongoli—while outside consultant Rand Hoffman is handling legal.
