Scooter's a TV producer

STINGERS ALL AROUND: Scooter Braun is co-executive producing a new drama series, Scorpion, for CBS. The super-manager will share EP duties with Sleepy Hollow creators Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci and Prison Break writer Nick Santora on the show, about super geniuses fighting high-tech threats and based (loosely, one suspects) on the experiences of brilliant real-life hacker Walter O'Brien. O'Brien (whose computer handle was Scorpion) will serve as a consultant. Braun has been noncommittal regarding our pitch for a series about a trade-rag editor who takes a lot of naps. (5/15a)
