C3 Presents welcomes David Barbis

DB TO C3: David Barbis is joining the Promotions/Management Division of C3 Presents, the Austin-based independent concert promotion, event production and management company. Barbis brings over two decades of experience at major labels, including PolyGram/Island, Dreamworks, and Capitol Records, where he served as VP of Promotion. Joe Greenwald announced, "To say I'm excited to have David on board would be an understatement. To say I'm excited that his announcement is appearing on the HITS website would be an overstatement."
