LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE: We told you it would be a squeaker. 24 hours before the HITS Album Sales Chart closes, there's a dead heat for #1 between Turn Blue by Warner Bros.' The Black Keys and Epic's from-the-vaults Michael Jackson set, XSCAPE. Both titles are trending upward and look set to finish in the low 160s.
