Liberty buys 3.7m shares of LN

LIBERTY, EQUITY, FRATERNITY: Liberty Media will buy up to 3.7m shares of Live Nation after the concert giant announced it was making $500m in convertible notes available. Liberty already owns 52m or so shares of LN (approximately a 26% stake). Live Nation will use the money from the sale to reinvest in the company. (5/20a)
