JESS THE FACTS: Jesse Flores has joined INresidence, the artist services division of INgrooves Music Group, as Senior Director of Product Management, putting him in charge of the Urban and Pop projects on the INresidence roster. Flores was previously VP of Business Development for music financing company Lyric Financial; before that, he oversaw the label-acquisition division at EMI. “Jesse brings unparalleled strength to our services team,” said INresidence SVP Bryan Mead, Flores’ new boss. “His focus and passion for the artists will be felt in every project.” For his part, Jesse says he’s delighted to be eligible for the senior discount at Arclight Cinemas.
