Childish Gambino

MILK IT, BABY: Glassnote's Childish Gambino has moved into the Top 10 on the Mediabase Rhythm chart with "3005" and is crossing to Pop with KIIS-FM leading; his acclaimed album, because the internet, meanwhile, has sold about 300k. He also just picked up a Best Hip-Hop Video VMA nomination. Now he's getting a huge look as part of Samsung's Milk Music streaming service rollout. The clip above, which finds Childish not only providing the entire voice-over but appearing alongside such acts as Iggy Azalea, John Legend and Lady Antebellum, is nearing 15m views for the new Galaxy-based service (which lets you pick music by touching a dial arranged by genre). We're enjoying checking Milk Music out, despite being lactose intolerant. (7/17p)
