Capitol scores 4 of Top 10 on Spotify.
5 SECONDS OF SERENDIPITY: You can’t fault Steve Barnett’s timing. The Chairman/CEO chose to kick off his second annual Capitol Congress the day after 5 Seconds of Summer’s album release, and as the confab ends, 5SOS and Sam Smith hold the top two slots on Spotify’s latest U.S. albums list. Not only that, but the Spotify Top 10 also includes Katy Perry’s PRISM and Sam’s Nirvana EP, meaning Capitol is hitting .400 for the week. Sweet. (7/25a)
