Vibe debuts

BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED: Two artists debut in our Vibe Raters round-up of buzzing acts this week: Epic’s Meghan Trainor and Capitol’s Troye Sivan. The Atom Factory-managed Trainor’s “All About That Bass” is quickly becoming a sensation, exploding at iTunes (#1)and Shazam (#2), zooming up at Pop (#18) and Hot AC radio and crossing to Rhythmic. The EP by 19-year-old Australian YouTube phenom Sivan, meanwhile, streets tomorrow and will likely be the week’s top-selling debut—it’s now #2 on the album side. He's also enjoyed early radio action at SiriusXM Hits1. In other Vibe news, Ariana Grande remains at #1 as she dominates at iTunes and radio. For the complete rundown, go here. (8/14p)
