SWIFT DOMINATION: Get used to it—Big Machine's Taylor Swift is about to rule the conversation once again. With the announcement of her forthcoming album and new single and video (see below), she's once again shown her ability to dominate instantly. Case in point: "Shake It Off" is #2 at iTunes as we write this sentence but will likely be #1 very soon, just hours after its arrival. With Gary Spangler and team going to Pop radio this week and Hot AC next week—and earning a thunderous response from programmers everywhere—"Shake It Off" could well turn out to be a record-setting single.
