Branson sighting at Capitol

A TOWERING PRESENCE: The inimitable Sir Richard Branson pays a visit to Capitol (and Virgin, of course) HQ on his way to outer space, as the label's Joe Rainey, Howard Petruziello and Mike Harris look on in awe. Said Rainey later, "He even smells like success." After Branson's departure, the three label dudes then constructed a hot-air balloon and wafted off the top of the Tower. (9/24a)
