Iger extended

GUARDIAN OF THE GALAXY: Bob Iger has re-upped as Chairman/CEO of the Walt Disney Company for two years (through June 2018), it was announced today. Iger’s been overlord of the Magic Kingdom since 2005 but had been expected to step down in June 2016. In commemoration of his extended tenure, he was presented with a cake by Goofy. Walt’s frozen head was unavailable for comment. (10/2p)
