James Brown rollout

SOUL BROTHER #1 GETS DIGITIZED: Seventeen remastered and expanded James Brown albums—a number of them long out of print—as well as the “digital box set” James Brown Live at the Apollo, Vols. I-IV, are now available for the first time as digital downloads from UMe. The company has also compiled a Spotify playlist of JB songs featured in the Alex Gibney-directed doc Mr. Dynamite: The Rise of James Brown, premiering 10/27 on HBO. The requisite vinyl will also be rolled out, including, for the first time, best-selling comp 20 All-Time Greatest Hits! (10/22a)
