The U.S. version of The X Factor features judges Cowell, Paula Abdul, L.A. Reid and Nicole Scherzinger and will award the winner with a $5 million recording contract with Syco/Sony Music Entertainment, being called “the largest prize in television history.”
Front Line managers will work closely with the show’s producers and judges throughout the competition and its live stages, with the company managing both the show’s winning solo artist or group and its finalists.
