WHEELS 2.0: ZEROING IN ON A WINNER

Introducing Nell Bryden, a Name You’ll Be Hearing a Lot in the Near-Future
This week we’re changin’ things up a little bit, kids. Every so often a special artist falls into our laps, and when that happens, we have to take full advantage of it. A couple weeks ago, we were handed Nell Bryden, and ever since then we have been tryin’ to find the right way to introduce her to the industry. We decided to be creative and not only give her a featured spotlight but also to help launch her brand-new website and give you an exclusive look at her new video. Pay attention to this one, we think she’s special. Please keep sendin’ us music; we are total losers who have nothing better to do.

Nell Bryden
This week, Wheels is coming at you with a first-time exclusive feature and launch of N.Y. chanteuse Nell Bryden. After developing a relationship with Nell’s manager, Alex Fredericks of Kepler Campbell, LLC, we couldn’t deny the star quality and felt it was necessary to give our focus to the music and the story of this soulstress.

Born into a talent-rich family, her father being an Impressionist painter and her mother a classical singer, Nell was destined for a career in creative expression. She got an early start in music, picking up piano at age 4 and cello at 9, but it wasn’t until a life-changing backpacking expedition to Australia, at 18, that she found her voice in songwriting. As an English major at Wellesley, Nell was able to make an impact on the Boston music scene and released her first EP in 2004, which was met by rapturous reviews.

2007 saw the release of Second Time Around and a stint opening for KT Tunstall. Nell’s currently in the U.K., where she’s creating a buzz, and the future looks very bright for her. Just this week, she played the Pigalle Club and the BBC2 for a plethora of industry big shots and signed with Rob Challice and Anke Links of CODA Agency for representation across Europe.

We are proud to bring you the launch of Nell’s new website (www.nellbryden.com) and a U.S. exclusive premier of the video “Second Time Around.” Spend some time getting to know Nell, and you'll find out why we’re so excited. Don’t forget to let us know what you think. We want to know that you’re listening.
