The Freeway Series kicks off tonight at Chavez Ravine, where the Dodgers, who come into the series struggling, look to get back on the right track by beating up on their crosstown rivals, the Angels. Also, keep in mind, the D-men are annoyed at the fact that the Angels changed their name, so this series should be intense.

10:00 p.m.
BSTV (VH1): New show that pushes people's limits to find out just how much crap they'll take for TV fame, by giving them what they think is the opportunity of a lifetime. Each episode invites real people & celebs to participate in what they believe to be casting calls and pilot tapings for the latest, hottest new reality shows coming to the tube (we saw a segment that gave was casting for the opportunity to be the person to pull the lever on the electric chair, on TV, for a person on death row). What they don't know is -- every audition is 100% fake. A cast of solid improv actors pose as the show's producers and talent.

JE-C’S NEW-MOVIE RUNDOWN
Star Wars Episode III: Return of the Sith
Starring:
Ewan McGregor, Natalie Portman, Hayden Christensen, Ian McDiarmid and Samuel L. Jackson
Synopsis: The Clone Wars have been dragging on for three years, and Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi have emerged as heroes in the battle against evil Gen. Grievous' droid warriors. Skywalker returns to his secret wife, Padmé Amidala, only to discover that she is pregnant; he soon begins to have horrible dreams of her dying during childbirth. In order to prevent his fears from becoming reality, Skywalker begins to take steps down a path toward the Dark Side, resulting in an eventual Lightsaber duel between student (Skywalker) and mentor (Kenobi).
Thoughts: Ahhh ,yeah, the mother of all movies is finally here. And, of course, if you are a big Star Wars geek, you probably won’t be paying attention to this little section because either you will have seen the move or will be waiting in line to see it again. However, I don’t feel like wasting two months of my life outside to see this movie. You know why? Simple, because the movie isn’t going anywhere, people—it’ll be in theaters probably the whole summer, so what does it matter if you're the first to see it? I got news for you: If you are on the West Coast, you are behind everyone else, and so you won’t have seen it first. I think this movie is going to be amazing, and I plan to see it this weekend. I wonder if this will be the final one? Or does Lucas have something else in the works?
