In this new role, Cox-Hagan is responsible for the on-air and off-air look of VH1 and its digital channels.

Most recently, Cox-Hagan was Director, On-air Promotions for the network G4, where he launched the on-air and promotions department. Previously, he was a creative consultant on a variety of development and on-air image projects for such cable television networks as Noggin, MTV2, Sci-Fi Channel and BET.

Cox-Hagan served as Creative Director of Promotion for MTV2 where he developed the launch branding and ongoing promotional plans for that network. Prior to those assignments, Cox-Hagan was a producer/director with MTV, creating on-air image campaigns, channel branding and show packaging, which yielded numerous Broadcast Design Awards and a Peabody Award.
