EMUSIC GETS BASTARDIZED
EMusic.com today announced the availability of thousands of new MP3 tracks through its EMusic Unlimited digital music subscription service. The downloads include new and rare tracks by such artists as Stevie Ray Vaughan and Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards. EMusic currently is offering a free 30-day trial to EMusic Unlimited, giving users a full month to download all 165,000 songs at once before Hilary Rosen blocks access.
JUST WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS—ANOTHER ROCK MAGAZINE
Music.com and Milor Entertainment Group today introduced "Music.com Magazine," which debuts on newsstands on Monday, April 2. A multimedia music CD will accompany the magazine every month, featuring almost 40 full-length songs from a variety of artists such as Billie Holiday and blink 182. The publication comes in response to complaints from fans they couldn't read the website while on the toilet.
