"I think anyone who lives in Troy, Michigan, knows how hard it is to get by on a mere 140 grand a year."

THE BALLAD OF EM & KIM & EV

Slim Shady Still Battling With Ex-Wife As War Of Words With Everlast Gets Limp
Oh, Eminem, will you ever win?

It appears that no issues are ever really resolved for everyone’s favorite blonde-headed rapper, as both his divorce settlement and his feud with Everlast have unfolded new chapters.

Even though Em and ex-wife Kimberly Mathers agreed in March to the financial terms of their divorce, Kimberly has decided those figures are no longer adequate. Which is funny, because Eminem has decided it’s too much.

The couple agreed that the 28-year-old rapper would pay $142,480 a year in child support and assume 90% of any expected child care costs for the couple’s daughter Hailie Jade. Well, Kim, who is currently unemployed, says it’s not enough.

"The sum recommended for child support and the percentage allocation recommended for health care expenses are, by reason of the parties' singularly disparate incomes and holdings, inadequate and inequitable," said attorney Robert Feldstein. "I think anyone who lives in Troy, Michigan, knows how hard it is to get by on a mere 140 grand a year."

Court records approximate Eminem’s yearly gross income at $2.7 million. The former Mrs. Mathers apparently can’t get a job currently as most jobs conflict too much with her "stories."

And even though that would be enough Eminem news for any other day, since today is the first of the month, there’s the added bonus of this latest Slim Shady tidbit.

The Eminem/Everlast feud is expanding, now, to include Limp Bizkit members Fred Durst and DJ Lethal, with whom Shady was formerly friendly.

MTV.com reports that on the track "Girls," from D-12’s new disc "Devil’s Night," Shady calls out Bizkit’s DJ Lethal (who was in House of Pain with Everlast), primarily for bowing out of the previous Everlast-bashing track "Quitter." Eminem also took a tiny bit of offense at DJ Lethal’s quote on "TRL" implying that if Em and Ev (sounds cuter, doesn’t it?) ever took their fight outside that Ev would put a beatin’ on Em.

So, on "Girls" (which mocks Bizkit’s "Rollin’"), Em spouts off about how both Lethal and Durst betrayed him by backing out of their participation in "Quitter," dedicating the song to, "two little girls I know."

Some choice lyrics, courtesy of Launch.com, include:
"Come on dog [DJ Lethal], you were supposed to be on that song talking about how bad you hate him, now you're all in his thong, what's wrong? You scared?"
"And Fred, you sad, you were dissing him too. I said I knew better than to listen to you, you fuckin' sissy, up on stage screaming about how people hate you. They don't hate you they just think you're corny since Christina played you."
"I'm peggin' Fred with the bottle he bleached his head with, and as for Lethal, don't forget what I said, I'm fuckin' you up, punk, you're dead, don't think I'm playing, and fuck Bizkit."

We at HITS are certain that clear heads will prevail and that the members of Limp Bizkit will take the high road and let Eminem’s hurtful words simply roll off their backs.
