Based in Los Angeles, Nathan will be responsible for discovering, signing and developing artists for the online record label.

Schuon added, "At the heart of Farmclub.com is finding and exposing new talent. A&R is crucial to us. We could not have enlisted a more experienced and knowledgeable A&R exec than Marc."
Nathan's first signing to Farmclub.com is Dynamite Hack, an Austin, TX, band whose debut album, "Superfast," will be released May 23. The record includes a cover of Eazy E's "Boyz N The Hood" which has been attracting a big buzz.
Nathan had been Senior Director, A&R, for Universal Records since 1995. While at Universal, he signed its initial hit artist, Merril Bainbridge, and was instrumental in bringing Cash Money Records to Universal andcurrent hit act 3 Doors Down to affiliated Republic Records.
