COAL CHAMBER DUMPS OSBOURNE MANAGEMENT

Sharon’s Splitsville Saga Continues
Is it mere coincidence, or will Sharon Osbourne do anything to stay in the news? Her Osbourne Management company, which recently split with high-profile clients Smashing Pumpkins and last week was hit with a lawsuit filed by former members of Ozzy Osbourne’s band, has now parted ways with bestselling hard-rockers Coal Chamber.

"The decision was mutual," Sharon (wife and manager of Ozzy) insisted. "We had many years of fun together. I wish them much success and love."

The band’s statement was somewhat less sentimental than their former manager’s. "We as a band decided it was in our best interest to part ways with Osbourne Management," Coal Chamber drummer Michael Cox said. "We accomplished a lot in our time working together, and we are looking forward to a bright future for Coal Chamber."

The band has yet to settle on new management.

Sharon Osbourne had been instrumental in Coal Chamber's success, placing the band on Osbourne Management's annual Ozzfest tour.

Unlike the company’s last two breakups, the Coal Chamber divorce is apparently litigation-free. After the January split, the Pumpkins filed a $150,000 suit.
