CUSTOMDISC.COM GETS INTO VIDEO

Promotion Kicks Off With Custom Alanis Clip Mixes
The Internet promises what you want when you want it, right?

Well, if you want custom videos, CustomDisc.com is about to give ‘em to ya.

The provider of online personalized entertainment is launching CustomDVD, a brand-new product that enables customers to create their own customized digital video disc from a content library including music videos, TV, sports and film programs. Wanna surprise your dad with a birthday he'll never forget? Order your "Best of Vivid Video" today.

The new service begins with a promotion featuring Alanis Morissette. Customers will be able to compile a video from up to five of her most popular clips for $39.99.

"We are extremely excited that we can now enable our customers to create CustomDVDs, as it supports our mission of delivering personalized entertainment in all digital formats," said CustomDisc.com Chairman/CEO David Gould, who added the company is currently entering into marketing and distribution arrangements with several TV and film studios. "It also means I can soon retire to my condo in Boca a very rich man."

The company previously offered consumers the opportunity to make custom audio compilation CDs from its selection of more than 200,000 licensed tracks. They recently completed agreements with both Sony and BMG. They also sport a B2B distribution network of more than 100 leading online music retailers, radio stations and music Web sites, including Tower Records, Wherehouse Music, CDNow, Liquid Audio and TWEC.
