GOODMAN OUT AT PARAMOUNT

Senior Music VP To Step Down
After Nearly A Decade On The Job
Paramount Pictures Senior VP of Music Harlan Goodman will leave the studio after almost 10 years on the job.

Goodman, whose exit is considered "amicable," plans to step down by the end of the year to explore new opportunities and offers. His successor has not yet been named.

Goodman, who came to Paramount in 1991, has overseen the music and soundtracks for such films as "Titanic," "Forrest Gump," "Mission: Impossible," "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut," "The Truman Show," "Runaway Bride" and the upcoming "Mission: Impossible 2."

Paramount's music division consists of Goodman, who reports to Paramount Motion Pictures President John Goldwyn, Senior VP Music Business Affairs Kevin Koloff, VP Music Production Linda Springer, VP Music Clearance Eldridge Walker and VP TV Music David Grossman.
