MediaX has brought NSYNC to virtual life as interactive 3-D characters. Your favorite member of the Fab Five can take you on a tour of their official Web site, nsync.com, or any other destination on the Internet. Their digital counterparts can talk, sing, dance and more. Isn't the future grand?
Said MediaX president Nancy Poertner: "These characters can speak… and eventually will accept spoken voice commands, and entertain you in a new and unusual way." Official NSYNC cat o' nine tails and dog collarswill also be available on the site.
So far, Chris Kirkpatrick is the first character to be animated. Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone and that dreamboat Justin Timberlake are soon to follow.
If you're afraid of shorting out your keyboard, Patch Products has created the NSYNC board game.Who needs"Chutes and Ladders" when you've gotNSYNC Backstage Pass, in which two-to-four fans compete to get backstage with the babes...unh, boys. Players work their way from the last row of the stadium to the front, by answering fun and juicy facts about the boys. Match the secret code with security, and you'll score the illustrious all-access laminate. The game includes instructions penned by Pamela Des Barres.
NSYNC Backstage Pass retails for around $24, and is designed for ages eight and up. For more information, check out patchproducts.com.
