TOP 40

The action was pretty spread out this week. Capitol nears a panel close-out on Katy Perry’s “This Is How We Do” and has a second impressive week with Mary Lambert’s “Secrets.” Warner Bros. has a big follow-up week on Jason Derulo’s “Trumpets.” Def Jam has two on the list with Jeremih f/YG’s “Don’t Tell ‘Em” and Afrojack vs Thirty Seconds To Mars’ “Do Or Die,” on official impact. There were three more first-timers off to great starts: Epic with Gipp f/Cee Lo Green’s “Shine Like Gold,” Columbia with Ella Henderson’s “Ghost” and RCA with Hillary Duff’s “All About You,” as well as another appearance for “Fireball” by Pitbull f/John Ryan. Republic stays hot, as Kiezsa's “Hideaway” (Island), Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda” (YMCMB) and Island's The Vamps f/Demi Lovato with “Somebody to You” all enjoy big weeks.

RHYTHM

In a fairly slow week, Trey Songz f/Nicki Minaj's "Touchin' Lovin'" is the #1 Most Added track. Meanwhile, Republic has both Nicki Minaj’s "Anaconda" and Drake’s "0-100" in the Most Added column. "All About That Bass," by Epic's Meghan Trainor, continues to build nicely, while "Telegraph Ave" by Glassnote's Childish Gambino also has a solid week.

ALTERNATIVE

This week at Modern Rock, Nonesuch/Warner Bros.’ Black Keys and their new single, "Gotta Get Away," share the Most Added honors with RCA's Cage The Elephant and "Cigarette Daydreams." Last Gang/WB’s Death From Above 1979 continues to shine with "Trainwreck 1979." Columbia had a strong first week with Jack White's "Would You Fight for My Love?" (Third Man). Other winners included Bleachers’ "Rollercoaster" (RCA), Spoon's "Do You" and Bastille's "Flaws."
