What Got Added at Top 40, Rhythm and Alternative
Heyyyyyyyyyyy, buddy. What say we hit the links? What's your handicap? You’ll get back to me? Well, in the meantime, how ‘bout you check out the add action at three key Mediabase formats? Alright, alright.

TOP 40
It was another big week for Capitol, which captured #1 Most Added honors with Katy Perry’s “Birthday” and a second spot with 5 Seconds of Summer’s “She Looks So Perfect.” Columbia opens strong out of the box with One Direction’s “You & I,” as does Republic with Lorde’s “Tennis Court” and Interscope with Ellie Goulding’s “Beating Heart.” There were a lot of repeat appearances on the list from last week, including Epic with KONGOS’ “Come with Me Now,” Warner Bros. with Nico & Vinz’s “Am I Wrong” and Def Jam with Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy” for a sixth consecutive week. RCA rounds out the action with Sia’s “Chandelier,” ahead of official impact.

RHYTHM
Republic’s Sage the Gemini racks up top honors this week with "College Drop." Warner Bros. has a very impressive week, as well, with Jason Derulo f/Snoop Dogg’s "Wiggle." Calvin Harris’ "Summer" (Columbia), Future f/Pharrell’s "Move That Doh" (Epic), Bando Jonez’s "Sex You" (Epic) and Childish Gambino’s "3005" (Glassnote) also have solid clean-up weeks.

ALTERNATIVE
Columbia
had a great day at Modern Rock, as Jack White's new single "Lazaretto" was by far away the Most Added record this week. The label also scored with Foster the People's "Best Friend." Warner Bros. teamed up with Crush Music for a nice week with Big Data's "Dangerous." Downtown continues to impress with SomeKindaWonderful's "Reverse." Republic closes out Lorde's "Glory and Gore." Other winners included Capitol's Beck with "Blue Moon" and labelmate Broods with "Bridges."
