Fire up the time machine, kids; it's time peek into the future of three key Mediabase radio formats.

Pharrell is still #1 at Pop, but there’s a chance that Jason Derulo will surpass him at Rhythm, while KONGOS and longtime chart champs Arctic Monkeys tussle for the top slot at Alt.

TOP 40

Everyone at Columbia is still happy this week, as Pharell Williams’ "Happy" remains in the #1 slot and John Legend is this week's Greatest Gainer with "All of Me." Demi Lovato’s "Neon Lights" (Hollywood) and American Authors’ "Best Day of My Life" (Mercury/IDJ) both have solid spin increases inside the Top 10. RCA's Justin Timberlake has another great week, up 1000+ spins again with "Not a Bad Thing." Calvin Harris’ "Summer" (Columbia) and New Hollow’s "She Ain't You" (614/Black Magnetic/Epic) are making all the right moves to join the chart this week, but the biggest position move of the week goes to the unsigned artist Katy Tiz and "The Big Bang."

RHYTHM
Could this be the week Jason Derulo f/2 Chainz’ "Talk Dirty" (Warner Bros.) grabs the #1 position away from Columbia's Pharrell? It’s going to be a dogfight. RCA’s Chris Brown takes a huge leap with "Loyal" f/Lil Wayne, which goes #6-4 and is Most Increased. Two from Columbia, John Legend’s "All of Me" and Beyoncé’s "Partition" are both poised to have another great week, as is Young Money f/Drake’s "Trophies" on Republic. Island/IDJ's Iggy Azalea continues to tear up the chart with "Fancy," and will move into the Top 25. Debuts from Justin Timberlake’s "Not a Bad Thing" (RCA) and Future f/Pharrell’s "Move That Doh" (Epic) could also sneak onto the chart as well.
