YOUR RADIO ADD RECAP

Radio Action at Pop, Crossover and Promo, With an Extra Helping of "Happy"
Hey, buddy! Let's review the add action at three key radio formats, shall we? And let's not talk about how much some of us lost betting on Denver, shall we?

TOP 40
Columbia keeps its hot streak going with four of the Top 10 Most Added at Top 40, including Pharrell Williams’ "Happy," John Legend’s "All Of Me," Beyonce f/Jay Z’s "Drunk In Love" and Calvin Harris’s "Thinking Of You." The top spot goes to Aloe Blacc’s "The Man," which sounds particularly good through a pair of Beats headphones. Meanwhile, PRMD/Island/IDJ's Avicii with "Hey Brother," Jason Derulo f/2 Chainz "Talk Dirty" (Warner Bros.), Demi Lovato’s ‘Neon Nights" (Hollywood) and "Show Me" by RCA's Kid Ink f/Chris Brown all make repeat appearances on the list.

RHYTHMIC
Pharrell Williams and Team Columbia are all smiles as "Happy" claims most added this week. Lava/Republic's Lorde with "Team," Sage The Gemini's "Red Nose" (Republic), "Loyal" from RCA's Chris Brown f/Lil Wayne, and IDJ, working Roc-a-Fella/Roc Nation's Jay Z with "Part II", all have solid weeks as well. Glassnote's Childish Gambino picks up five new commitments on "3005."

ALTERNATIVE
Fresh off a huge Super Bowl commercial, U2 returns with "Invisible" and is the Most Added song at PoMo this week. Next come Epic upstarts KONGOS with the breakout hit "Come With Me Now." Virgin's Bastille has another terrific week with "Bad Blood." Epic also has a nice week with Chevelle's latest, "Take out the Gunman." Republic has a good closeout week with Phantogram's "Fall In Love."

OK, who's drinking? And who's buying? Because it's definitely not us.
