THE TAYLOR HOUR(LY)

When Lover is released on Friday, all of iHeartRadio’s Pop, Hot AC and AC stations will be doing some version of their every-hour-on-the-hour rotation. You may recall that when 2017’s reputation dropped, iHeart was the sole streaming outlet prior to the album going wide, and a song-an-hour protocol was in effect. A “reputation Radio” station around the time of the prior album’s release featured cuts from reputation and her entire discography, supplemented by an hour-long special and other programming.

For Lover, iHeart will broadcast a 30-minute album-release party featuring exclusive audio from Taylor’s “Secret Session” Friday at 8pm local time on 135 CHR and Hot AC stations.
