BIG MACHINE'S GOT THE BEAT
7/22/19

Big Machine Label Group
has announced the signing of 21-year old trio Avenue Beat to a joint venture between The Valory Music Co. and Tape Room Records.

The Illinois natives officially join the VMC's roster that includes Thomas Rhett, Brantley Gilbert, Sheryl Crow and Justin Moore, among others.

Sami Bearden, Savana Santosa and Sam Backoff began making music together when they 14 at a summer theater camp. The trio ultimately formed Avenue Beat and quickly went from teaching one another how to harmonize to playing local shows to making trips to Nashville for writing sessions.

Four years later, the Nashville-based trio will release their debut self-titled EP on Friday, 7/26, co-produced by lead singer Savana, Ashley Gorley and David Garcia.

VMC President George Briner commented, “the talent, energy, uniqueness and passion that Sami, Savana, and Sam have is incomparable to anything else out there. Their music and harmonies are infectious. Avenue Beat is a group that everyone will soon be talking about and remembering for a long time to come.”
