Over at Mike Dungan's UMG Nashville, Rob Femia was just promoted to SVP Business & Legal Affairs, while Dawn Gates was named SVP Digital Business & Creative Development.

This vast knowledge is evident in his deal-making and the way he works with UMG Nashville artists, managers and associated attorneys,” notes COO Mike Harris. “Over my career, I have had the honor of working with some of the best attorneys in the business and I put Rob Femia right up there at the top of list.
