COLLABORATIONS ON DECK AT THE CMAs
10/24/17

The lineup of collaborative performances for the 51st Annual Country Music Awards, which airs 11/8 on ABC, has been announced.

It includes five-time CMA nominee Kelsea Ballerini, who will partner with country icon Reba McEntire. Both women are nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year, a category McEntire's won four times in the past.

Dierks Bentley
, a three-time CMA winer, will be joining forces with Rascal Flatts, who have won seven CMAs. Both acts are nominated in Male Vocalist of the Year and Vocal Group of the Year respectively.

Brad Paisley will be taking a break from hosting with Carrie Underwood to perform his latest track, "Heaven Sent," with newcomer Kane Brown. Paisley has been awarded 14 CMAs since in the last 17 years.

Reigning Best New Artist Maren Morris will be doing a special cross-genre collaboration with Capitol's Niall Horan. Morris is vying for the Female Vocalist award this year along with Ballerini and McEntire.

Winners are selected through a series of voting rounds, the third and final of which closes tomorrow (10/25) 6pm CT. For more information on the broadcast and nominees you can visit the Country Music Association website here.
