Gary Spangler, Davey Dee and Stef Cole at Republic had a great week as they pulled off a five-to-one chart move this week with Drake’s “Passionfruit” (YMCMB). It didn’t hurt that he was up 925 spins, but the timing was near perfect nonetheless! They also have Post Malone’s “Congratulations” at #8, up 90 spins, and Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee f/Justin Bieber’s “Despacito” (UMLE/RBMG/Def Jam) surging to #30, up 425 spins. Drake’s “Portland” (YMCMB) is at #34 this week, Julia Michaels’ “Issues” comes in at #36, and they debut Aminé’s “Redmercedes” at # 39. Nav’s “Myself” (XO) had an impressive week, adding 170 spins and landing at #47. He should debut this coming week. They’re impacting The Weeknd’s “Reminder” (XO) this week. It’s already at #55, after an increase of 180 spins... Epic’s Sujit Kundu remains red-hot as Future’s “Mask Off” (A1/Freebandz) sees another 820-spin increase and is at #11. That’s sure to be inside the Top 10 this week. DJ Khaled f/Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance The Rapper & Lil Wayne’s “I’m the One” (We the Best) is by far this week’s Greatest Gainer and highest-debuting track. It was up 1125 spins, and comes in at #21. This one should be Top 15 come next week. French Montana’s “Unforgettable” (Bad Boy) is also moving quickly. It’s at #30 after gaining 355 spins this week... Capitol’s Greg Marella and Dixie Tipton are impacting Lil Yachty f/Migos’ “Peek A Boo” (Quality Control) this week. It’s currently at #61 with a number of stations already playing it... Columbia’s Ayelet Schiffman and James White see Calvin Harris f/Frank Ocean & Migos’ “Slide” tack on another 410 spins, and move #7-6. It’ll be inside the Top 5 by week’s end. Russ’ “Losin Control” climbs to #9, up 80 spins. Ayo & Teo “Rolex” shoots #32-23, gaining 325 spins, and Lecrae f/Ty Dolla $ign’s “Blessings” (Reach) comes in at #33... Def Jam’s Rick Sackheim and Noah Sheer see 2 Chainz f/Quavo’s “Good Drank” increase by 50 spins, and move up to #52. They also have Logic f/Alessia Cara & Khalid’s “1-800-273-8255” getting some early love at a number of station’s mix shows. They’re impacting YG’s “Pop It, Shake It” this week and Big Sean’s “Jump out the Window” (G.O.O.D.) the following week... RCA’s Inca and Lori G move Khalid’s “Location” (Right Hand) inside the Top 5 this week. He continues to grow, posting another increase of 350 spins.
