CAST LEADS CONCERT RUN
TO AID HOMELESS
3/15/16

Creation Management’s Alan McGee has organized a campaign to help people living on the streets in England, beginning with a September concert featuring Cast (pictured) and The Farm.

The Jesus and Mary Chain, Shaun Ryder, Bez and Irvine Welsh are among the artists participated in McGee’s brainchild, Musicians Against Homelessness, which will support the Crisis organization. The org hopes to stage multiple concerts between 9/18 and 10/2.

Cast, U.K. hitmakers in the 1990s from Liverpool, will headline the first charity concert 9/18 with The Farm and other guests. McGee, the former manager of Oasis, plans to have all concerts promoted locally and featuring local bands.

Emma Rule, a regular volunteer for Crisis who works with unsigned bands, will coordinate shows. To apply to play, manage or host an event contact [email protected].
